Esprit Marina del Rey

This place is truly a hidden gem! I had the pleasure of touring the property with Anabell, and she made sure I had all the information necessary for when I decide to apply. She is truly incredible and does an amazing job—if you’re going to tour this place ask for Anabell to show you around. She also knows a lot of the residents and is extremely friendly with everyone we encountered during our tour. Esprit should be on everyone’s list.

I live in Pacific Palisades and had to find an apartment quickly after the fire in January 2025 (my house was damaged but did not burn down). Someone recommended Esprit to me and I checked it out. Looked good. In February 2025 I signed a six-month lease on a one bedroom. I ended up staying there about eight months and am now returning home. Esprit was wonderful. A nice spacious apartment. Terrific views of the marina. Very professional and helpful staff (Sophia, Sabrina, Bailey, Chris, Sandy among others). Great amenities. The pool is so terrific—great-looking pool area, the pool itself (75’—great for laps) is never crowded. The other tenants—a nice mix of young, middle aged and old. Parents with kids. This place absolutely gorgeous. As you can see it’s located right on the Marina and it’s an amazing place to go out for an evening stroll. The amenities at this place are superb. Just the fact that it has a sauna is worth it. Hopefully one day they can install an ice plunge. Also, Danielle, the Leasing Specialist has been awesome. She’s very knowledgeable of everything here.

I had an amazing experience today with Anabell, our leasing agent, and I truly want to highlight how exceptional she was. She devoted a couple of hours to showing me every available unit in the building, never once making me feel rushed or pressured. She was extremely patient, kind, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. What stood out the most was how warm, friendly, and thoughtful Anabell was — she made the entire process feel comfortable and enjoyable. She listened to my preferences, answered every question with professionalism, and gave me honest, helpful guidance that made it so easy for me to picture myself in each space. I recently toured Esprit with Danielle, an amazing leasing consultant. I’m looking for a nice place for my mother, and Esprit is still a great property, even though it’s approaching 20 years old. It’s well maintained, and they’re actively making improvements, such as renovations to amenities and select units. Danielle was incredibly kind and patient. I booked an appointment online, but it wasn’t completed on my end. Despite this, she made time for us before one of her other tours. Even though she didn’t expect us, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I work in sales, and I appreciate great customer service when I see it, and that’s definitely Danielle!
