Villa del Mar Apartment Homes & Marina

Love living here! The apartments are spacious and in an amazing location. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away. The property is well maintained and the staff are friendly and organized. There are two coffee shops within walking distance and a beautiful walking path alongside the water.

I'm giving a 5 star review based solely on my tour of the property with Larissa. She took the time to let me see vacant units to compare size and price and was very patient while I made notes as I'm researching places to live. I'd definitely consider moving here based on my experience with her and the leasing staff alone and would absolutely recommend anyone looking to move to MDR to come check this place out. It's an older building, not pet friendly, but very well maintained from what I could see, and while it doesn't have a/c - I think the proximity to the water and the amenities offered still make the price of the units seem well worth it. Definitely impressed also by the amount of guest parking available too. Thanks Larissa!

This is a fantastic place to live - location, quality of the building, amenities and the biggest plus - the staff! The staff is exceptional! I have lived many places in the area and outside of it too. Never have I experienced this level of attentiveness, expediency, kindness and consideration. I even received a gift at my door after living there one year. Who does that? They do.

The work was done very fast the light bulb was replaced and the worker was very nice and polite and knowledgeable plus asking if there is anything else need to be fixed in the house

We have been living at Villa del Mar for the past year and a half, and it's by far the best apartment complex we've lived in since moving to Los Angeles. The maintenance staff and management are friendly and responsive. The amenities are great; you can't beat living in the Marina.
