Waybury At Chaska

I would have given this more stars many years ago. This place has gone downhill so fast. It seems like management has favoritism over some of the residents that live here. I have been here for 17 years WAY too long it's time for a change. I don't know why they have cameras here if they won't review them. Especially when there are people there that are BIG TIME BULLIES. And your side doesn't matter. It's just ridiculous and unfair. This has been going on for at least the last 6 yrs. So if I were you, I would move on to find a better place and with better management. I wouldn't even give it 1 star

I felt harassed, and bullied by other residences. I have felt I have not been heard by management. I would suggest that you read the Waybury tenant leasing contract before you to rent here. Things are different now from when I moved in so I can't do things like my woodworking and Wood burning that I was allowed to do in the past.
