Ed and Alex went over and above to get us into a unit quickly and helped walk us through any snags along the way. They are lovely human beings and extremely helpful with all aspects of the application process. Looking forward to the serenity of the surrounds and the large size of our new living arrangements!

Love living here. My husband and I moved here from Arizona and it is wonderful. The apartment building is only around three years old, so everything is in good condition and looks beautiful. We love our apartment and it's lakeview balcony. With the lake just steps away from the apartment building, we really like the quick access to the outdoor activities that we can do. The property is perfect for anyone with a dog, since there is so many trails nearby to walk. The amenities are great. There are two patios overlooking the lake on the property. One of which is on the rooftop with a grill and enough furniture to entertain a small party, while the other has two grills and two fire pits to stay warm on those cooler nights. One of my most favorite of the amenities is the coffee and hot chocolat

I have lived here a little over 3 years and just renewed my lease. The very few times I’ve ever needed maintenance (3?) they have been prompt and efficient. The garage parking is much appreciated in the winter. I have no complaints- management is always courteous and I like living here. Thanks.
