Chaska Place

Chaska Place was such a great place to call home! Sarah was so welcoming from the minute I came to look. Eric was a great maintenance person, always so prompt. I will recommend to anyone. Just a nice respectful community. And now with all the beautiful improvements being done- even better.

The manager is very cold with people and doesn’t ever seem to be in office… the gym has very little equipment and most are broken/incomplete. The “game room” hasn’t been able to be used for almost 2 to 3 months, it’s just being used as a storage room? Would be nice to actually be able to use all amenities and have good communication with the manager :(

Hi ive been living here for two years and the old management was way better the new management is rude and unhelpful and doesn't even know how to to theyre job correctly. The elevators are ALWAYS down and can apparently never get fixed correctly so where is all the rent money going into? (Changing every piece of decor and its UGLY no one likes it) the pool is never fixed and always has problems and the gym dont even get me started. The front door keeps getting broken and wont close. Many people have problems with they're apartment and say they are excited for there lease to end including me!!!! Dont even reply to this review because there is so many reviews that say the same thing but nothing ever gets fixed!.

I have lived at Chaska Place for over 2 years now and can’t say enough great things about it! My apartment is perfect, Maintanence is always quick and I absolutely love that we are close to everything! Target, costco, cub foods and all the Places I could ever want to go to within 5 min drive! I love calling Chaska place our home!

Sarah made things easy even though they had just switched systems and there were a few glitches. Residents are great and stopped in to welcome us as we were moving in.
