I tried to get maintenance to come and hang curtain rods for me, as it is freezing in my townhome. I would buy the rods and the curtains. I just needed somebody to hang them. I got told no as it was a liability. Never mind that it’s their wall. So I continue to freeze.
Management changed. Accommodations are much less than what used to be. We pay for a pool and hot tub yet no hot tub. No updates when it will be fixed. Grounds are not updated like they were. Management is slow to help. We pay too much for such little service.
Great place to live! Well taken care of grounds and great maintenance team! Pool and clubhouse are awesome.
Our concerns are taken of quickly. Friendly staff who are easy to work with. We've been here 8 years and have no plans to leave.
Love living here. Wonderful environment, great neighbors and super maintenance and repairs when you need it.
