We used Carver County Abstract & Title for a particularily unique, non-traditional closing - we sold our home and also financed the buyer's mortgage - without using a realtor - Carver County Abstract & Title handled it all, smoothly, with excellent communication, and frankly with reasonable prices as well. These guys work as a nice team, with a personable approach. Highly recommended!

The people who work here are very unprofessional and do not do work in the best interest of the customer. I was scheduled to close on a house on November 13th. It was scheduled months in advance and I even took work off to ensure I would be free to close on that day. In order to get work off for that specific day I had to miss out on an entire week of travel (I make most of my money traveling). Then 2 days before closing on the house carver county abstract and title called me saying that they didn't have me scheduled on their calendar to close on the 13th and that I'd have to wait another couple of months before I could close. I ended up switching companies and not working with carver county abstract and title. This was completely unacceptable and I lost out on money due to missing work an
