Building a home with Loomis was a great experience and they were so communicative throughout the whole process. We were out of state buyers and they were so kind to our realtor who would do site visits for us, and they were really good at setting their timeline and sticking to it best they can. The person who managed our house project was Eric and he was AMAZING. He is so kind, informative, respectful, helpful, and overall the kind of guy that takes pride in his work as well as pride in having and maintaining good relationships with clients so that the process can go smoothly for everyone involved. My family and I are now at about the 2.5 year mark in our Loomis build - and I am more than pleased with our decision to go with a local builder like Loomis. We hired our own independent inspector to come through at the 1 year mark for warranty purposes, and even the inspector applauded the build in comparison to the other large national builders in the area - he said quality wise, it was one of the best new construction builds he has looked it. Jeremy (warranty rep) was great to work with after moving in and was always willing to help. Would definitely recommend Loomis over one of the large national builders. Update: Because of our great experience with the original build, we used Loomis to finish our basement. To no surprise it was again a great experience! Eric was the project manager

We chose Loomis Homes to build our new home based on our realtor recommendation and a subsequent walkthrough of two of their models being built. We received excellent communications throughout the process, their supervisors paid attention to the details, the quality of work was excellent and they quickly & effectively resolved a few issues that did show up. We had heard "horror stories" of building a new home and were extremely pleased with all aspects of this builder! We highly recommend Loomis Homes to build your special home. Linda and I chose Loomis homes to build our home here in Cologne one year ago. Dave and Jeremy have been great to work with. Starting with the Carpenters themselves to all the subcontractors everything was done flawlessly. The home is fantastic, so is the neighborhood and our neighbors. If you are thinking about building a home and getting into a new neighborhood I highly suggest Loomis homes.
