Gloria, jerome, and Daniela are truly the right people in the right place. They are always attentive to our comments and needs—very kind, helpful, and professional. I’ve been a resident here for about two years and I love this place because is very calm and has a nice people, and I’ve had great experiences with all of the staff Gloria, Daniela and Jerome. Everyone is patient and attentive to my concerns. I truly appreciate the entire Water View team for staying on top of every request and concern. You are all rockstars—thank you for your hard work!

I have lived in these apartment's for 4 years and all of the landlords that we have had have been nice but Claudia is not nice at all. I have lived in my apt with broken things that I have asked multiple time for them to come and look at it or fix it. they came and sealed my bath tub but they never finished and they said that they would come back and never did. I have asked for a 3 bedroom multiple time so my little girl can have her own room so it is not so cluttered and have never got one. I have asked for a storage and never received one. I was on month to month and paying my normal rent and now she wants to raise my rent to 2100 I am a single mom I can not afford that I thought this were supposed to be low income apartments. Where to start. We lived here for 3 years and the first 2 were ok. The last year has been new manager after new manager. There is no communication between employees and management. The maintenance is a complete joke and never get anything done. one of our toilets hasn't worked in almost 6 months with no fix in sight . This last month we seen roaches in our apartment and in 3 years here we've never had a problem, management has yet to return a call,or email. Don't move here everything from the ownership to the property it self is trash. For what you pay in rent here you can find a much better place for you and your family.

Well first things first, we haven’t moved in just yet (we pick up our keys tomorrow) but, David the leasing manager, is absolutely AMAZING! He is so friendly, professional, and works QUICK! He does what’s convenient for his residents. I am looking forward to being a tenant of his. Thank you David for being awesome!
