I recently toured the property and I’m officially moving in — I couldn’t be more excited! From the very beginning, the entire experience felt welcoming and stress-free. Marcus was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. He answered all of my questions, made everything feel seamless, and truly gave me the confidence to make my decision. Moving can be overwhelming, but this felt smooth and flawless from start to finish. I’m so happy with my choice and can already tell this is going to be such a great move. Thank you, Marcus, for making this experience such a positive one!

This place gets 5 stars just based on the wonderful leasing office and maintenance team. My husband and I have lived here for 7 years, and since Lincoln took over the complex ownership, not once have we had to wait for more than a day to get a question answered or a response from the management office, or a maintenance issue addressed. Of course, there are always the little foibles that come with apartment living, like the occasional loud neighbor or someone who doesn't pick up after a pet, but whenever there has been an issue, the offices have gone above and beyond to make it right without negatively impacting the residents. Resident of the past 4/5 years here…. Do not live here!!!!!!! They are completely useless when it comes to maintenance & charge extra for it!!!!!!!!! When it comes to property managers you couldn’t ask for a worse one when it comes to “Marcus”. He ignores his tenants and is the rudest person you can meet. He doesn’t follow his word or his contracts! Beware of living here!!! They take entire deposits and charge extra!!!! When asked they could not provide an itemized receipt and pushed it to collections before sending it to me!!!!!!!! Beware of this apartment complex and awful property manager!!!! They ignore emails and calls and every other bad review was right!!!! Marcus is the worst human being I’ve met!!! No care for autism and straight scammers!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything from the beginning has been great thanks to Marcus! He has made our move so much easier by answering all our questions and so much more! Also, the apartment is so beautiful and spacious.

The management is phenomenal and goes above and beyond to help. The apartments are very nice and provide a good amount of space for newcomers. I highly recommend checking the place out If you’re looking around.
