I was literally one of the first people to move into this complex a year and a half ago, and I really have nothing but great things to say. I pretty much hand-picked my unit and I am so happy with my choice. Though you can hear people in their apartments from the hallway, the minute I step into my apartment I can’t hear a thing. The walls (at least in my building) seem very thick. The amenities are wonderful and I have loved every second taking advantage of them (the hot tub could be warmer but it’s a super big hot tub so I can understand why it would be tricky). Maintenance has been nothing less than attentive and responsive. Dear Readers, I would like to share my experience with this leasing office. During the initial tour, numerous promises were made regarding the services and amenities offered. However, upon moving forward, I found that these commitments were not fulfilled. Based on my experience, I would advise exercising caution and thoroughly verifying all details before making any decisions. I do not recommend this leasing office.

I moved from Michigan to Thornton CO Fieldhouse apartment, unseen in person, only online and pictures taken by apartment consultant. In comparison to apartments in downtown Denver area Fieldhouse was larger and less dense. I have been living in apartment since June 2024 and if I could take the apartment to a different area in Denver I would be pleased. I don’t really like the area outside the apartment complex. The surrounding eateries are all fast food chains that are lower tier i.e subway, Olive Garden, Canes, and a plethora of mexican food trucks. No downtown or local coffee shops. Now for the apartment itself, it is spacious and new. My biggest compliant is that although rent is 1790 for 1 bedroom after they charge for trash, pet fee, lights, sewer, gas, water, rent jumps to 2100…tha

Lived here for 1 year. It’s been a great experience. A little pricey but worth the amenities, the cleanliness and also in my experience have been very prompt with any maintenance. They are usually in the next day and fix whatever needs to be fixed right away. As a woman I feel pretty safe around here which is very important to me . People def enjoy the pool area in the summer and it can get a little Noisy but it’s fine it’s summer and people just like to have fun. So if that bothers you might not want to live here . I’ve smelled weed but never a constant issue. Other than that it’s not bad and I would recommend as I have had zero issues living here . One of the nicer apartments I have lived in when we first moved in the office staff was on top of everything and kept the community quiet and friendly. The ladies that work and manage the office currently can not be bothered to do anything about unruly residence and their dogs that will bark for hours. No matter how much you say something or the video evidence you provide they will do nothing for you. They will take care of complaints about electric smokers (which are permitted in the lease) but will do nothing about barking dogs. I think it’s time to fire the ladies that work there and get someone to manage the office that will actually care and enforce the rules for all parties and not just one side.
