McStain Neighborhoods at Arras Park

I felt comfortable walking into the model home. Which says a lot because most builders pressure you or corner you which is off putting. Sheila the sales lady was easy to talk to, very pleasant, and answered all my questions. The homes are beautiful! The standard finishings in the homes are above what most builders offer at their higher price point. My husband & I are considering a move & McStain is at the top of our list of new build homes to choose from & Sheila is top notch!

Being a native to Colorado, I've known McStain for many years and they have always exceeded in quality and craftsmanship. When I came across Arras Park, I was so impressed with how cute the community is with a variety of home sizes to choose from. The location is also hard to beat, being close to Denver, Boulder and the RTD light rail! I am excited to work with Sheila, the Sales person there since she has been so helpful with everything and making this process as easy as possible!!!

Arras Park just feels different — in the best way. The homes are packed with personality and the park-forward layout makes every block feel like a place you want to stay. McStain nailed the details here, from bold architecture to smart floorplans. Definitely worth a walk-through if you’re considering anything in the Thornton area.

McStain’s Arras Park is such a great location!!! Safe, and close proximity to the highway with tons of shopping and conveniences near by. Smart design, energy efficient. Parks!!!! Parks!!! We love our dogs here in Colorado. And so does Arras Park!!! McStain proves again their talents in turn dirt to real community and lasting quality
