The maintenance is awesome! Charles and Natty are great at communication and are very helpful when it comes to needing something fixed. They are very friendly and have good people skills. They are understanding of the problem you are having and will do anything they can to make sure your problem is fixed as soon as possible!

Honestly , I hate The entire process of having to call maintenance having somebody come into your home and fix things and waiting for outstanding tickets all of that can’t stand it! However, I don’t ever have this issue here maintenance is very prompt. Both Charles and Natty take care of everything in a timely manner. Plus they’re very personable. Thanks guys !

Charles was so quick with resolving my issues with some missing drywall and floorboard replacements. Had both issues resolved with in 2 days & even helped me move some things around when the vendors got there & i had to leave for an emergency. Can always count on him to help resolve issues quickly & efficiently!

Updating another shout out… Thank you to Charles, truly the best maintenance guy who is top notch in his field of work and getting things done in record time and for advocating and making it possible for a new front window but also, to our new property Manager Frank for making it happen. I do not know who they hired to install the window but they were amazing especially Blake for his kindness, humor and professionalism. He even gave me a dollar with a bet he bet on and lost. LOL. Natty is absolutely amazing! She’s always quick with her work and always so kind! She’s a hard worker! Replaced our faucet, fixed our pipe, and also fixed the fill valve on our toilet. We had a leak from the unit upstairs which caused an hole in our ceiling, Natty got a person out here quick to come patch, paint, and texture our ceiling. Anytime we need her she’s there in a flash! Thank you so much for always being awesome to us Natty & to our French Bulldog Frankenstein! We appreciate you so much! You rock!!❤️❤️
