Promenade at Hunter's Glen Apartments

I moved into my apartment in October and have really enjoyed my experience so far. I toured several apartments before choosing PHG and I will say I had the warmest experience during my tour and application process thanks to Ashley. I have had a few issues come up in my apartment and have had maintenance at my door within 24 hours of submitting the maintenance requests. The maintenance team is friendly and efficient. Dawn has also been great as she kept me updated when maintenance was waiting on parts needed for repairs. I also want to give a shout out to PHG for fostering community with a free pantry and community events. I am grateful to be living here!

Hello everyone. I have lived at the PHG for 6 months. I have read other comments, good and bad. I absolutely love living here. I have yet to have a negative experience. One comment I read stated there was so much dog poop. Well, I can understand the frustration in that regard. However, since that comment was posted, they have changed companies. And yet again, it's not been a negative experience. The first month we moved in, there was a dog poop concern to the point I could not have my slider open. We called and left a message at the office, and before 10 am there were 4 maintenance folks cleaning it up. The office opens at 9, this was a great interaction. Also, a negative comment stated how loud the sirens were from the fire station across the street, I believe anyone would be bothered by

Maintenance and the front office have been great so far, they were very kind when we had to move within a few days and they are much better than some of the surrounding apartments in the Denver area for sure! The dual gym is also a plus, with a great view!

Edit for Reporting: Again this review has been reported because it gives this company a negative. Keep in mind, the remove reviews so be cautious. I moved out of these apartments about two months ago, due to a confrontation with neighbors that could not be handled with the office. I want to start off by saying that the office, they have no idea how to handle this complex. New Office Manager came in, she is clueless on what she is doing, how to handle complaints and is rarely here. When you ask for her, she is "unavailable". (PLEASE OFFICE STAFF, DONT LEAVE A RESPONSE AND ASK ME TO COME TALK TO YOU, I ALREADY HAVE. YOUR RESPONSES HERE ARE PRETTY CUT AND PASTE AND DO NOT HELP)! I wish I could leave 2 reviews because if I could give maintenance guys 5 stars I would. and the two leasing girls they do their best. My issue is with this new manager I never ever had any issues before her others were attentive. She is actively bringing this community downhill. she is negligent and will not give ANYONE the time of day, and when she does she is RUDE. others in the community are too scared to mention something in fear of retaliation of their homes. Something needs to be done! DONT BOTHER ASKING TO CONTACT YOU BECAUSE WE ALL HAVE SO SO MANY TIMES
