Waters Edge Apartments

We have lived here for several years and have enjoyed our experience here. It is a quiet pet friendly complex. The pool is awesome in the summer. Ryley, property manager, communicates well with the community and always demonstrates her commitment to delivering the best possible tenant experience. The maintenance crew Jake, Andrew, and Vinny go out of their way to quickly respond to maintenance requests. We also want to shout out what a great plowing and shoveling job they have done during one of the worst winters in Webster. We highly recommend Watersedge Apartments.

I had a great experience touring this apartment community. Kaleb did an excellent job showing the property and was very knowledgeable about everything the building has to offer. The amenities were impressive, and the apartment itself was very nice. Communication throughout the process was also great. Kaleb was always quick and prompt with emails and any questions I had.

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year already! We have the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. When we were looking to move out of our last place into something nicer and safer we toured sooo many apartments around the rochester area and none of them compared to waters edge. I see some reviews here saying they don’t upkeep the lobby’s or maintenance is lacking but i have to strongly disagree, ever since we have lived here it has always been clean in every building , quiet, no odors, friendly people/Staff and if we ever needed maintenance they came to check on the issue fast as well as i often see the maintenance guys walking around the neighborhood on down time picking of trash. I understand the price is high but you get for what you pay for at the end of the day , if the rent is

My wife and I moved into waters edge apartments in May 2025 so we’ve only been here for a short while. So far the experience has been great! The apartment(s) are surprisingly quiet considering it’s a pet friendly place and the residents that we have had the opportunity to meet are very welcoming. The property manager Ryley Phoenix is one of the nicest individuals I have ever met and you can tell she takes pride in her work and in the upkeep and appearance of the grounds. I highly recommend you check this place out if you’re interested in apartment living in Webster New York. ✌🏽

Ryley Phonex is the BEST property manager this side of the Mississippi! I truly mean that. She is a very caring, great communicator and always on point if you need anything! We have been at Waters Edge for close to 2 years and love this community! It’s very clean, safe and beautiful overlooking the bay! Thank you for everything you do for us residents! I would definitely recommend living here.❤️
