Bradford Hill Apartments and Townhomes

I have lived at Bradford Hill Apartment Community for 5 years. I previously lived at Winding Creek, Cedar Rock and Oakmonte, all fine communities, but Bradford Hill is my favorite for the following reasons: 1. Management: The Property Manager, Wayne, is professional, easy to talk to and responsive to requests. 2. Maintenance: Brent has been here 15 years. There is no problem he hasn't dealt with many times. He gets the job done efficiently and correctly. He is also pleasant to deal with. 3. Location: You have Wegmans Plaza and Towne Center Plaza and a lot more within a half-mile from Bradford. It is 3 minutes from Rt 104 which will get you anywhere in Rochester within 20 minutes. 4. Snow removal: Excelsior spares no expense in bringing in all kinds of snow removal equipment to clear the ro

I have been at this property for almost 3 years and it has been the most pleasant experience I have had within a living community. I was nervous at first moving from a single family home into a complex and Bradford hills has been above and beyond my expectations. Only down side is the yearly rent increase but I do understand this is not specific to only this property but the economy. I will be staying here until I relocate out of town. Anyone looking for a safe, clean, beautiful, quiet place to call home. This is it ! Worth every penny.

This has been a very pleasant, safe, and respectable place to live. I enjoy being a resident here. The staff are very helpful and the amenities are enjoyable. The location is prime for village events and nearby shopping/Wegmans.

Been living here a bit over 20 years. I love the location, the quality of the buildings and the general size and layout of the rooms. Maintenance, snow removal and other important tasks are handled in a timely manner. The rent is on the high side but in my estimation everything they do makes it seem like a good deal. No plans on moving. Love it here.
