Oakmonte is a fabulous place to live. It’s quiet, safe, well-maintained, has great amenities in and out of the apartments, and the staff is fabulous. Kelly keeps things running incredibly well at the office. It always amazes me that she remembers everyone’s name! The maintenance team is absolutely top notch. So quick, great with communication, and just so warm and friendly overall. My dog adores them and will make me stop to greet them any time she sees them. Mike and Jose are her current favorites, but Shane is also a longtime fav and now Jimmy too. We love the dog park and the dog friends we have made. We feel part of a great community here and appreciate all who make that possible.

A great place to live! Quiet streets with many amenities. Dog park, playground, pool and beautiful community center available to rent. The staff in the leasing office are fantastic. Kelly makes you feel at home and is very knowledgeable about this complex. Some Apartments have garages. Washer/Dryer in every unit. One of the nicest places to call home.

Love this community! Kelly, the property manager, is wonderful. She provided excellent service from the application process to move in date and beyond. Moving is a top stressor and her kindness, empathy, and compassion was very helpful. The grounds are so well kept and a peaceful place to interact with fellow residents walking with family or their dogs, swimming at the pool, playing tennis or basketball on the courts or just enjoying the sunset by the gazebo. Maintenance calls are handled so promptly and my recent interaction with Mike was excellent. He was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about the issues. I appreciate all the hard work the Oakmonte team does to keep the property safe, secure, and peaceful. Thank you!!

​I've rented quite a few places in the last 6 years, and I have to say that the staff here is one of the best! I feel like I am always bothering them because I am always messaging/submitting maintenance requests (some of which are minor), but the response time is unbelievably quick every single time! It's actually amazing. I especially want to give a shout out to Kelly and Mike. Mike, in particular, has handled nearly all of my calls. For example, this past July or August when we had a humid and very hot weekend, he came back from the lake within 45 minutes of my call because I thought my AC was out (p.s., it was 😂). My family has been very happy living here for the last 2 years. The staff is amazing! Kelly goes above and beyond in the rental office. I would like to give a special shout out to the maintenance crew. These gentlemen come out same day and get the job done. They are respectful and keep our community safe and up to standards. They work late hours and never complain. My air conditioner stopped working and they pulled together from all different properties to come help my family stay cool. Thank you for all that you do!
