Legends at North Ponds

I have lived here for about 10 years. I love my apartment it is spacious and comfortable. The buildings are very attractive. It's a convenient location as Wegmans is only .6 miles away. The complex has a direct access into the beautiful North Ponds park. I have always been amazed as to how quiet it is in my apartment. There is no noise from neighboring apartments. The residents are friendly and feel like an extended family.

I am so happy to be living at Legends at North Ponds! My apartment is spacious with lots of closets and cupboards for storage. I love having the balcony, as I enjoy sitting outdoors. My favorite thing about Legends is the social community. We have scrabble and bingo and book club and movie nights and more! I have made so many friends. Everyone I have met has been friendly and kind. It's a great place to live!

February 2025- The apartment location is ideal and convenient to shopping, banking, restaurants and recreation. Some of the apartments have scenic views of North Ponds. The staff and maintenance are prompt and courteous to all the residents of North Ponds. The grounds are kept cleaned and clear of all debris all year including snow and ice during the cold winter months.

I have lived at The Legends At North Ponds for almost 3 years and found it to be a welcoming friendly and caring community. The office and maintenance staff are both courteous and responsive at all times' Visitors often comment on the well maintained grounds. There are many activities to choose from including the monthly coffee gathering in the community room where neighbors get to meet each other. The adjacent North Ponds Park offers the opportunity to observe nature, go fishing or walk the 1 mile track. Close by are many stores to shop at. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at The Legends at North Ponds!

Nice apartments I have lived here for 8 years. The apartments are very quiet, comfortable and I have wonderful neighbors. I like how light and airy my apartment is with larger than average windows, large patio door that leads to a nice balcony to sit outside, very close to shops & restaurants but most importantly, I feel very safe. I highly recommend the Legends at North Ponds.
