Cobblestone Place at Webster

Looked beautiful, I called and left a message to set up an appointment to visit the facility but someone never got back to me

Don't buy from the 3rd floor soda vending machine. I got expired soda from it. (If your wondering how expired it expired on august 19th as of making this review it is September 15th. So its 27 days old.)

This is a horrible place to live. This is not a typical apartment complex, it is more like an institution. You are constantly watched on the security cameras. You can be evicted if you have dirty dishes in the sink. Pipes freeze and break in the winter. People are constantly receiving "lease violations" based on hear say, without being spoken to by management. In other words, you are guilty without even knowing who, or what was said. If you live here, stay as invisible as possible or you will be living a nightmare.

I have two friends who live there. Several elderly lady's have small dogs they take for walks around the premises. Nice apartments!

It's clean, rent is reasonable, apartments are manageable for the handicapped and elderly to get around!
