I just moved in so I haven’t had much time at all on this property, but Jamie the manager and Ebony will do everything possible to help you to find the right apartment for you. They are patient and professional and I was very pleased and shocked at how good of a job the gentleman in maintenance did on my unit to prepare it. Everything was clean. The carpet looked new and the paint job looks professional. Cabinets nice looking and refrigerator spotless clean. Living room floors in brand new condition. All my neighbors said they like it here too. It’s quiet and everyone minds their own business. The location is convenient as well. Tucked away in a popular area.

From the first tour I fell in love with the property! The apartment gave this real cozy vibe to me. The scenery is clean cut. Customer service is superb! I moved in yesterday and haven’t felt an ounce of regret. Just happiness and peace!

I lived there for a year from last September until this August (moved out a month early). It was the worst experience ever. And i mean that with BOTH ownerships of the complex. When i moved in 10 outlets were broken, the shower curtain rod was ripped out of the wall, the front door wouldn't latch, the glass door was cockeyed and had to be hard to shut, and half the doors inside didn't even close. The hvac/furnace was absolutely ancient and broke 4 times. Even the shelf it sat on was rotting and the folding door that covered it was rusty and falling off the wall. There were gaping holes behind the water heater that let smells and bugs in, and they just decided to spray foam it (poorly. I had to fix it myself). I’ve lived in these apartments for 10 months and I do not recommend anyone to move here. They have changed management more than 3 times since I’ve been here. When I moved in the apartment wasn’t ready, stove didn’t work, outlets didn’t work, floor tiles lifting. Maintenance here is horrible. They only have 1 maintenance worker. And they usually quit after a few months. Work orders do not matter to them. Keeping the property clean also doesn’t matter to them. Spider webs all around the staircase outside. just don’t move here.
