As of 6/26.. roof cost are at 16k as the shingles were glued and clipped together vs adding a starter. As of 6/15, my roof now has clips ahered. I am reaching out to experts to understand why this builder would apply adhesive and clips to a new roof. Videos can be viewed when you watch via google map reviews. As of 6/4 roof requires 10k in repairs, as the under layment is not installed correctly. When standing in front of the home you can see the shingles lift in the wind. Do yourself a favor and choose any other builder. Exceptionally slow build process with multi-month delays in getting trades in to begin, perform, and complete work. Constant revolving door of operations leads and project managers means you get the opportunity to PM the project yourself to ensure the home finishes. Even after forcing the handover to happen, we have been waiting over a month with the only calls to remedy defects being a cleaning service who skipped the basement and a confused electrician whom I had to teach the correct way to wire our water heater. Every conversation leads to asking for two more weeks into which no work will be performed or scheduled. I'd recommend Drees. Watermark have worst planning, no timely communication even after promising to send the weekly updates. They never committed on the delivery date it kept on changing from 8months from signing the contract to forever, “hate to set wrong expectations” is their statement to escape any commitment. It was our 2022 new year goal to move into single family house so we signed contract in Jan 2022 but the house wasn’t delivered even now and timelines moved from Aug 2022 to April 2023 to June 2023 to Aug 2023 to Nov 2023. Can’t believe they are not even committing the delivery with 22months to build our house from the time it was signed. Where as other builder(Drees) took only max 4-5months in the same West ridge community. Builder should build as per the plan but we had to point all the corrections

My wife and I relocated from Michigan and we just closed on a Watermark home. The entire team was a pleasure to work with at every step along the way. My wife is a perfectionist and she is extremely happy that we chose Watermark. The quality of their craftsmanship shows in the attention paid to even the smallest details. I highly recommend them.

I don’t know to whom and where watermark Homes had sent the surveys to? I'm constantly in touch with Josh, David Gunter(old Poject Manager) and now with Brian Hansen(New project manager) to express my concerns and unhappiness about the delays on Delivery. I even sat in a meeting with your ex divison President Tom who promised me to deliver the house by April 2023 at any cost. We gave so many chances to Watermark to correct its ways of working and timeline management but it is the same. No improvement with progress and constant postponement. I always hear that Watermark is young company but generally young companies take utmost care in planning and customer satisfaction but on contrary your company is changing timelines and putting us in stress.
