The property is always super clean, with beautiful flowers — cherry blossoms, hydrangeas, Lavender, and more — that make spring look incredible. This place is amazing. I wasn’t able to visit Ohio before signing my lease, so I relied entirely on the reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. If anything, my experience exceeded expectations. The apartments are beautiful, with modern kitchen appliances and great amenities. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the leasing office staff. Erin, Monica, and Megan made my stay incredibly comfortable and were always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I reached out. Their response time was fast, and they consistently went the extra mile to make me feel at home. The maintenance team was also excellent; friendly, professional, and quick to help. It was a pleasure getting to know everyone, and I truly enjoyed the time I lived here.

I lived here for 3 years and I can't complain about anything. They are levels ahead of any other place I've ever rented. Leasing office staff are super warm and friendly. They do an excellent job maintaining the property, inside and out. Parking lots and sidewalks were always plowed quickly, even if we had snow storms on the weekends. Maintenance requests were always addressed same-day when I put them in. The units/appliances are high quality and I didn't have any major issues; these definitely aren't as cheaply made as a lot of other newer apartment buildings in Cincy. If I wasn't entering a new chapter of life, I could happily live here forever!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with One Deerfield. The client service with Monica and Erin, as far as responsiveness, communication and flexibility, has been superior. The shared clubhouse, gym, lounge areas, and apartments are beautifully appointed. My new apartment was spotless when I moved in. I’m looking forward to enjoying my time at One Deerfield!

I had a great experience living at One Deerfield Apartments in Mason. The apartment itself feels luxurious, and the clubhouse is one of the best around — spacious gym, lounge areas, and plenty of amenities. Maintenance was always quick to respond and fixed any issues promptly. The move-out process was smooth and transparent — no surprise charges or unnecessary deductions. Honestly, it’s worth paying a bit more here compared to cheaper places like Mason Grand, where move-outs can be frustrating and costly. One Deerfield is managed professionally, and you really get what you pay for — comfort, peace of mind, and quality living. Highly recommend!
