The Grandstone

This one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. So quiet and well kept. We have underground parking which was critical for us.

I love my new apt. at The Grandstone; I've been here a little over a month. The building and grounds are very well maintained; the building is quiet (which I like); Mary and Alex (the leasing staff) have always been kind and helpful; the maintenance staff is very responsive for the couple of minor things I needed. Overall, very glad I moved here.

I have loved living in The Grandstone, having Walmart and the movie theatre nearby is definitely a plus. The apartment is spacious, maintenance is super quick and everyone is kind. Mary and Alex made my time here so easy. Everything is upfront before signing the lease and the welcome folder and package they give you is so thoughtful. They go above and beyond. Apartments are well insulated and I have rarely heard anyone. Nice quiet vibes in the complex. I only moved out to be closer to my job, otherwise I'd still be there.

I lived at the Grandstone Apartments for three years from 2019 to 2022. The clean swimming pool, party room with a huge screen TV, and the gym filled with top-model exercise equipment there were fantastic and I thought Brittani, who was their Leading Community Representative when we moved in, was exceptionally courteous and kind to my wife and I during her tenure there. We enjoyed several friendships with several of our neighbors and I absolutely loved being only a block away from Regal Movie Theaters, Whole Foods, along with a number of terrific restaurants. The complex is very clean in terms of its landscaping. I love living at The Grandstone apartments! I have lived here for a year and have already renewed again. The Grandstone is, by far, one of the most beautiful apartments I have lived. This community is small, and the neighbors are so great! We are so close to all bars, restaurants, gyms, the highway, and salons. This community has it all! The amenities are fantastic; the fitness center has a little bit of everything you could ever need, they also have a dog park for all the fur babies, and the pool is so relaxing! Even the management is a pleasure to work with from any maintenance requests to general questions, Alex and her team are always a great resource. Also, the staff is always great!
