Do not rent here. I moved in with my boyfriend who is also the father of our 1 and a half year old child. He decided to put his hands on me and become very violent with me as far as threatening my life. I called the police, he has been charged with domestic violence and went to jail. I now don’t have the income or finances to afford the apartment. I am also scared to be in the same apartment, scared for myself and my child. After someone threatens your life and acts on it, you’d want to move away to make sure they can’t reach you to hurt you again. I have sent the police report as well as statements to the leasing office, I wanted to move out but they said they would need to contact their lawyer first. It was absolutely a great community and we enjoyed our stay. Maintenance was right on time and well maintained apartments. Management is good.

Maintainence guy has fixed my closet in less than 24 hrs its a really good experience for me

Moving out after 2 years! Pros: - The staff in the office & maintenance are always SO nice! - The community is safe and quiet. I brought a newborn home 1 month after moving in and never was nervous about where we lived and the people around us. So many families in the community! - The apartments are spacious and honestly so cute lol! - The walls are thick, I only heard neighbors when I was in the living room and people were in the hall. - Again for the staff, the week we moved in there was a minor issue maintenance had to resolve, I was 9 months pregnant and the crew member helped me take out all my boxes and trash from moving in. CONS: - Our AC went out 6+ times without being fixed for multiple days which was not safe for an infant. No compensation / cut on rent when we had to buy windo

Do NOT rent 4855 #2. Overall, this is a fine apartment complex to live in, but this unit has the worst upstairs neighbors that I have ever dealt with and floods when it rains. We had trash or food thrown onto our patio most days, two separate occasions where we had sewage coming down from the ceiling, and constant stomping and running from above. The only person in management who seems to care is Samantha and she doesn’t even work here full time.
