Waterfront Apartments Galveston

We have lived here for 2 years. Quiet, meticulously maintained, beautiful pool area, marina available for tenants. Staff friendly and very responsive, maintenance guys are the best. Easy access to Broadway for on and off the island. The best sunset views on the island!

By far the best swimming pool (salt) either for lapping or chilling out right in front of the bay. Marina, BBQ areas, board walk, green areas, kayak racks, etc. Always good looking landscaping. Granite countertops and great appliances (washer and dryer incl.). Maintenance is taking care of things right away.

Came by to view the apartments on Saturday and we met Lindsay. She is awesome and showed us two apartments, I must say the property is the best complex on the island bar none. With amazing views off each balcony of each unit and the Colonel (boat from Moody) going by off of 61st street daily. I can imagine how gorgeous the sunsets are! We then met three warm and lovely residents and they all extoled life there with rave reviews. The saltwater pool look lavish and refreshing. Thank you Lindsay for staying late to answer our questions we had and we enjoyed meeting you! My daughter had hopes to live there soon as we were totally impressed with everything! But unfortunately my health failed and we must live together for monitoring sake. Best regards and thank you!

Friendly staff, good people loving there, wonderful views, and even a peaceful dock for everything from boats to kayaks.

Best apartments on island! Nice safe gated community with a super friendly and helpful staff. Living here for the past 2 years with the wonderful view and apartment has been a true joy! Snag an apartment if you get a chance.
