Chris is absolutely amazing and thorough. He takes many pictures as he is inspecting and shares well thought out and accurate information about each section of the home. He gives suggestions of who to call to properly handle any fixes that need to be accomplished before closing. He was very professional and informative, not to mention timely with his report.
