This was the best home for the last 4 years! Minutes from UTMB campus and only a few min walk to the beach. Pablo is the best landlord! He keeps the place pristine and is very responsive. If there was ever an issue it was resolved usually within 24 hours. I can’t recommend this place enough! Definitely consider the Palm Breeze for your new home!
I visited The palm breeze a week ago. The apartments are fantastic, so spacious,bright and quiet. It has a huge common area with bbq, lounge and extra storage which I loved. I can’t wait to move here , it’s so close to the beach I can hear the sound of the waves 😊
Former tenant, had a great experience living here. Great location, well built, and great security. Pablo does a fantastic job taking care of his tenants. Would highly recommend.
