Allen was excellent when he did my home inspection! I had a ton of questions about the house and he walked me through everything. He was willing to teach me and wrote a very thorough report. He explained to me what he would be genuinely concerned about versus what were minor issues that could be looked at later. Do yourself a favor and hire him when you need a home inspection.

I needed a very good inspector with a property I was looking to buy. The property was in bad shape in cosmetics and structural issues. Allen did a deep Inspection finding every and all issues. He very adroitly and accurately sized up what repairs were in order. This became more than useful in final negotiations. This is about the ninth home I have purchased in my life. I have employed inspectors for each of them. None of the previous inspectors even came close to the accurateness and depth Allen provided In the Consume of this purchase. I cannot over stress the contribution Allen provided in this process.
