I have stayed at multiple properties with Southern Sands over the past few years, and have had nothing short of an absolutely wonderful experience each time. The homes are clean, well appointed, and stocked with plenty of necessities like towels. Whenever I am headed to the Texas coast, I will always make it a point to stay at one of their properties because of the high level experiences they continue to provide! I am happy and confident to refer any friends and family to their properties who are looking for a getaway!

Southern Sands makes being a rental owner simple. They stay on top of everything, keep my home looking great, and guests always leave happy. It feels good knowing I can trust them to run things smoothly while I just enjoy the benefits.

What an incredible place with an unbelievable view. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family reunion. The hosts were an absolute delight to work with and the whole experience was very easy and enjoyable. I will 100% be staying here again!!
