Waterford at Superstition Springs

From our very first inquiry, this community stood out. We were in a time-sensitive situation, and they were the first to respond — quickly and professionally — which helped our entire move come together smoothly. The homes are truly spacious, with large bedrooms and a dedicated dining room — something you don’t always find this spacious in apartment living. To us, it feels like home sweet home. The staff has been exceptional. Chans in Maintenance is responsive and efficient, and Lanessa and Rachel in the office have been consistently friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. My wife and I are honestly loving life here. The office crew is consistently kind and on top of things, and maintenance is the rare kind that shows up fast and fixes it right the first time — a lost art. Neighbors are friendly, the vibe stays peaceful, and the views don’t hurt either. Plus you’re minutes from great food and shopping, which makes everyday life way easier. Comfortable, low-stress living. Pool and spa are a must have. We’d recommend it without hesitation.

Mold, broken trash, cockroaches, helicopter managers, large move out expenses for normal ware and tear, oh my. The one star is for the big apartment and the maintenance —not worth it! Please do not be gaslit by the fake reviews. Good luck in your apartment search but this one we do not recommend.

Beautiful, spacious apartments. The office staff was super helpful and answered every question we had about move in in a timely manner definitely recommend living here.

I appreciated that Lanessa interacted with me through My husband’s FaceTime. I also appreciated the emails that she sent regarding my ESA animal and getting the vaccine records and how patient she was when I told her that we had a vet appointment and we would get the records to her at that time. And she said thank you and didn’t add any pressure or demand anything sooner, which was really appreciated in the stressful time that we were having with moving.
