Bait and switch tactics coupled in with their fear based lending. Probably the shadiest lender I have ever dealt with. Apparently their self proclaimed CEO from MN has been pushing these kinds of tactics for years. Very dishonest and unscrupulous group of individuals. Get your loan anywhere else but here

I had the opportunity to work Jason Rasch and his assistant Aileen. He was well informed in working with a VA loan, which comes with it's own challenges. We were able to lock in an amazing rate because of Jason's vast knowledge of his field. He made the loan process bearable and worked our loan as quick as possible. I would recommend working with LendSmart Mortgage. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable, they keep you completely informed throughout the process, you never feel alone.

Jesse was absolutely wonderful to work with! He started helping us in March of last year, and he gave us amazing advice on things that would help us get lower rates, and he continued to help us through February of this year. He was completely dedicated during the entire process, and made it so easy to approach him with any questions we had. He was just a text away, which made the experience so much easier during our busy lives. He was incredibly professional, and I would recommend him to anyone!

Best team to work with when either refinancing or getting new loan. We’ve worked with Tom and his team for many years now and he is attentive to our needs. He understands what we need, helps walk us through the process and answers our questions quickly. I appreciate feeling like I have a family member in the mortgage business.

Wil Webb from Lend Smart is excellent. He is reliable and helpful and knows everything about mortgages. He made sure me and my husband were kept well informed during the whole loan process so we weren't stressed at all. He is a genuine person who is friendly and professional and will definitely make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend him.
