We had the pleasure of working with Garette from UpSpect for our home inspection, and he was extremely thorough. The inspection report was very detailed, included many clear photos, and provided helpful recommendations for issues to address before closing. We also decided last minute (during review) to add an irrigation inspection, and he accommodated us without any problem! We engaged Upspect for our building inspection on an older, single level duplex condo unit in Mesa and had Garette as our inspector on the job. The online scheduling was very simple and we were able to quickly get a date locked down during our quick review period. Garette was very thorough and professional and took the time to walk us through his findings verbally following the inspection and then provided the written report early that same evening. The Upspect report formats are very detailed but easy to understand. Lots of good quality photos and discussion of the items and recommendations for minor / marginal / significant items as applicable. Very pleased with the work done by Garette and thanks to the full Upspect team for quick scheduling and follow up.

Informative and professional. Mark did a great job explaining all items that were inspected and any issues that need to be addressed. His inspection report results were organized into high, medium and low areas of recommendation action. He was timely, efficient and answered all our questions. We would use him again.
