A couple years ago, we wanted to sell our house and we talked to Dave but we postponed to sell until couples months ago. We made appointment with Dave at the house. In the first meeting, Dave looked at the house and came up with the suggestions to make the house looking more attractive to the buyers. Dave patiently explained to us the process and the steps that were needed to sell the house. At that point, we felt very confident that Dave was the right person to help us selling the house.
