Starwest is the Best! I did a No Cost Refi 4 years ago and was locked in at 2.25 %. They helped me again this summer to access my Home Equity with a No Cost Heloan. Everything went smoothly as I did not want to give up my mortgage rate. I highly recommend you use them as a Broker and not go directly to anyone else as it will save you a lot of money!
