Washington Mill

Got the keys yesterday and while inspecting everything, the kitchen was left with filthy cabinets and drawers. Some had small flying bugs crawling around in them, with other random bugs dead on the ground. The toilet in the half bath wasn't fully cleaned, the garbage disposal didn't work, the kitchen sink was clogged, and the light switch in the half bath kept tripping the GFCI outlet. The rest of the light switches are filthy. Maintenance was sent out today at 9:23am, they were very fast and fixed most of the issues, although they still need to come back to replace some broken odds and ends, like the fridge drawer. They apologized and said it should have been cleaned 100% before we got the keys and that he would speak to whoever is head of cleaning. At 4:18pm the cleaning crew arrived. I

Luis resulted quickly with shampooing a closet that smelled like cat urine upon move in. He was very polite and helpful. Thalia the leasing agent was great with moving process. Cassidy helped with tour and was polite and informative. Thanks guys.

Throughout the whole process the leasing team of Thalia and Kiara were very helpful and communicative. Theres a few things I would change about the unit like the floors but the team themselves I think are great and looking forward to living here.

Kiara was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job helping me tour the property. I had a great experience at Washington Mill and look forward to applying.
