Loft Five50

I lived here for about 6 years and my last year and a half were horrible. Car got Broken into so did other residences. There was never any infestation of roaches till my last year living there no matter how clean the appartment was them dam bugs were seen everywhere. The hallway was dirty and trash piled in the shoot room. It even caught on fire at one point. The management definitely was amazing and understood my concerns when i would put a work order. Neighbors just lived as pigs and had no home training.

Jenny the assistant from the office she really good in what she is doing at the office super available super friendly and welcome everytime we go to the office just for a simple question. Also she make sure that any request we do is done and complete. We are so lucky that she is there working with Sarah and the team in our building.

Reggie and Jr have always made it to assist me with my appointment in things that may needed work on. I'm grateful for there service. Happy Holidays. Sincerely: Hilda Mercado (303).

Its been a tough couple years here n i considered moving a couple times. But recently newer managers Antoinette and Millie have really made me feel heard and have done so much to really turn this place around. My apartment was starting to feel run down and i had alot of issues and they help me resolve each and everyone. My apartment now feels like home again. I really appreciate all there hard work. This place is getting better everyday.. Thanks

I stayed over night at a friends house and parked ina visitor parking woke up in the morning and my car was gone! The towing company stole it and seeing other reviews it looks like they’ve been getting over on people maybe we should lawyer up so we can all get out money back! There’s always 40+ available parking spots over night so I don’t want to hear any limbo jumbo about the tenant need more space we also need to be secure in not having my car stolen and blackmailed for 180$ I want my money back!!!
