Very bad building and old. I pay 1500 per month for a studio. I was next the laundry room. People used the laundries anytime, including the night. The noise is very disturbing, people played music after midnight. I got many floods, one was massive. I had to call 911. I got damage of my furniture. Thy just used blowing and the electricity was charged on me. I suggest to find some different place.

I generally enjoyed living here and would likely still be a tenant if I hadn’t needed to relocate. That said, here are the key pros and cons to help future renters make an informed decision: Pests: German cockroaches were present when I moved in—baby roaches under the fridge indicated a breeding population. Management scheduled pest control quickly, but they only send it every 2 months, which was ineffective. I had to apply my own treatment to get it under control. I only saw one more roach during my two-year stay, but the issue still exists. Property Grounds: Well-maintained overall. Landscaping looks great (but starts early), and common areas are kept clean. Snow is plowed regularly, but the policy requiring residents to move cars after storms is vague and inconvenient. Street parking

Wonderful place to live! The management team/leasing office is very helpful and welcoming, the buildings are clean and well-kept, and the community overall felt safe and friendly. The maintenance team is excellent, nearly all of my requests were responded to same-day, and the maintenance staff were always friendly and fixed the issue fast. I did find that the ceilings/floors were VERY creaky, to the extent that if my upstairs neighbor was simply walking around their master bedroom very late at night/early in the morning, it would be loud enough to wake me up out of sleep and could only be drowned out by turning on the A/C unit or a fan. This issue very well may have been specific to my apartment unit (considering only some areas of the ceilings/floors were creaky). Aside from this, I have

I can't say enough good things about this place! My 2 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with good natural lighting and carpet. Property Managers like Kristen and Riley could not have been more friendly and professional. The maintenance staff has been excellent, too, and Jo was very helpful when I was deciding to sign the lease. The location is convenient for getting into Boston and smaller towns in the area with a nice take-out grill and convenience store a 2 minute walk away. Between the staff, location, and quality of the space, Princeton at Mount Vernon sets the bar high for my next apartment.
