Exceptional apartment! The apartments are affordable for the area, especially considering how modern and new they are. High quality appliances, tall ceilings, and extremely clean. The hallways/lobby are cleaned weekly and there are cameras everywhere so it always feels safe. You never have to worry about packages being stolen as well. Added perk would be its right across from a park that is full of food trucks on the weekends. The best part about the apartment is definitely the management. I believe they are local so they are extremely attentive to their tenants. Maintenance requests get resolved day of and communication is always quick & crystal clear. You can easily tell the landlords care about their building + tenants. I often walk around the street and they would recognize me and eve

Building is great. Always clean and well maintained. Really a good bang for your buck. Large space. Hardly hear your neighbors. management team and maintenance folks (Yajaira and Jesus) are great. They really do a good job up keeping the building. They have a private garage, but there is always street parking available. But too bad the city of Lawrence installed meters. That’s really my only complaint about the neighborhood.

Great apartment. Probably the only apartment building you would want to stay at if you live in Lawrence. Management is great and responsive. Absolutely no bugs. Maybe a fly or two in the summer but nothing leaving the window open won’t due to any place. Construction has been a bit annoying lately but should be over soon. Security has been good inside but it is Lawrence. It’s on the back side of Main Street which blocks a lot of noise and the walls are very insulated. Only once had an issue with our neighbors music but for how loud it was in the place, the walls did a great job. The biggest flaw is it is in Lawrence which is as bad as advertised. Also the back facing apartments don’t get sun much which does get depressing. But everything is new and have never had a leak, something stop work

226 Common is a beautiful building that is amazingly maintained. Yajaira, Jesus, and the rest of the management/maintenance team are fantastic people and are committed to making 226 the best it can be. It is clean, quiet, and any maintenance concerns are handled quickly and thoroughly. The whole team embodies and exudes a high level of hospitality. If you are looking for apartments in the area, I would highly recommend looking to live here! Living at 226 was a great experience.

Currently living here over a year now. This is by far the best luxury apartment I have lived in. Recommended to everyone!. Which is amazing for an apartment complex. Also maintenance is A+++ 👍🏼👍🏼. Update: I moved out after 2 years! Only reason I moved was because I left the state. Great staff and good location. They take care of the building and their clients. Thank you Jesus and Yajaira
