I’ve had such a great experience living here and I want to highlight how amazing Gina has been she is always professional, friendly and quick to help with anything I need. The building has been great, always clean and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I am really happy with the layout too I have a pretty spacious and affordable apartment and I also have been accommodated lots to Gina’s help and I truly don’t think I would be as happy with my move in experience if she didn’t guide me along the way and explained everything that I might’ve not understood. Do not I repeat DO NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTT rent with this property since I’ve moved into my apartment I’ve been having a full blown infestation of mice I noticed it just after 2 weeks of moving into my unit I’m currently proceeding to go to court with this rental property because they have yet fixed the problem and it’s been 5 months since I’ve moved in I’ve caught over 20 mice on traps that I had to purchase on my own currently looking for another apartment I have contacted the property manager on multiple occasions about the problem and still nothing has been done then she proceeds to ask me to miss work for me to be home for when pest control arrives which I CAN NOT do I have stayed home 1 time to wait for pest control to arrive with the date they provided me just to be told they never even sc
