Walnut Grove Townhomes

Don’t know how this place has almost a 5 star rating when they are trash Mandy should’ve been let go a long time ago. However Jessica is really nice, and is much more knowledgeable and respectful than Mandy. Apartment Services owns this complex, and I believe if we don’t ruffle feathers with them 1st then nothing will get done. I will tell you one thing there will be NO third time that I’ll live in one of Apartment Services complex, because I use to live in EagleWalk apartments back in 2017. When I left there apartment complex I left it in Great standard. Tell me why it wasn’t until I moved here in 2022 that they sent my security deposit back to me 🤔it only suppose to take 60 to 90 days NOT 4yrs especially when I left the property I gave it back the same way it was given to me clean nothin

This is specifically about Mandy and the way that we were treated at Walnut Grove. Upon entering the office she was very friendly at first first she offered us a tour and she had us tour the model apartment. We toured the model apartment and I asked her did she have a vacant apartment that we could also see. She was very hesitant at first to show us a vacant apartment. Then she took us to a vacant apartment for us to see and it was okay. So we decided to apply for a unit. We came back a week later to apply. Unfortunately there was a glitch in the system. When the glitch was cleared up I was able to submit my application. I was approved for the application with a $600 deposit but my fiance was denied. It said he had three charge offs on his credit report and would need $1200 and a guarantor

This is a terrible place to live. Mandy & Jessica are very rude. MICE INFESTATION is true. They take their time & rarely care that you have an infestation. When we first moved here we literally had about 12 maintenance request because our “move in ready” townhome was far from ready. shortly after needing maintenance to come for dang near everything faulty locks, leaking, plugs don’t work, doors hanging off, bathrooms looked Disgusting ( pee rings in the toilet ) but home was “cleaned” for move in. & so much more we found out there was mice present. i’ve reached out to corporate to be transferred or to be terminated out of our lease THREE weeks ago & i’ve heard nothing since.

I’ve had a mice problem for the last 6 months, I’m truly disgusted and the sad part is pest control been coming but they just leave cheap mice traps, I seen the mice running right under my kitchen sink a couple of hours after pest control left.It’s a lot of children in the neighborhood that are loud and disrespectful, leave trash all around your house. I cannot believe I am paying over $2200 in rent to deal with rodents and disrespectful kids. The only perk is that maintenance is nice and come at reasonable time. I honestly don’t recommend anyone leaving here unless you have section 8 or another voucher for affordable housing. I never write reviews but my experience has been horrible! Please do not move here! Walnut Grove is rodent-infested, I had to get my home inspected for bed bugs because one of the neighbors had it, I’ve complained numerous times about mold in my hallway bathroom, and my living room ceiling had a leak and nearly caved in. major plumbing issues, maintenance comes into your home without permission, and also flooded my basement. Every time I use my dishwasher it leaks and leaves my kitchen floor soaked. Most importantly the AC does not work at all, I’ve talked to multiple neighbors and they’re having the same issues! It's depressing living here. This company is trash! Please do not waste your time or hard earned money. Do not move here at all! I don’t care if this is the last option do not!
