Verona at Middle River

Been here for 19 teen years and have no complaints since Verona took over it has been a cleaner community we have dumpster a place you can take your pet to use the bathroom and bags you can use to pick up there poop. I am enjoying living here. Keep up the good work Verona. The maintenance worker are polite and get the job done love My stay here cannot say enough:

From the application process to the move in was seamless and fast. Kiara did a great job. I give it to her. She was always there to explain in details the processes and always response to her emails and gives you details of how to go about the process. The townhouse is very comfortable and neat. I recommend.

Just finished a year here. This is one of the better complexes in the area and I stayed in one of the nicer courts in my opinion. All maintenance request were serviced promptly to my surprise from heat to a leak. I enjoyed the holidays here…Won 1st place for Halloween! Ms. Mayfield was always helpful even gave my car a hot shot when it would not start. Ms Denise was always professional…I never had an issue with getting any help. There is laundry on site and plenty of parking. I recommend something for the walls because you can hear the neighbors and some people do not clean after their pets. Other than that Verona was good to me.

I’ve been here since last summer (2024) and I must say, it’s a pleasant experience. Maintenance come out moments after placing a ticket. The groundskeepers clean up everyday. The amount of space you get plus a front and back yard makes a great bargain. My only complaints are that the kids need a better playground. The photo online is not what you see in person. The gate at the end of the complex is chained. It would be nice to have access behind and maybe a trail (idk who owns behind the gate). And close to the playground, there is a cross street that leads to a dead end where sketchy people park their cars to do who knows what. Otherwise I love the area and being close to amenities. Neighbors are friendly and it’s really quiet at night. Definitely a win for Essex.
