We have been in our home 15 months now and have enjoyed our home. All of the small little things that happen to the home that you expect to happen in a new house they will gladly take care of for you in your first year inspection to make sure it’s to the quality they sell you on. Justin also has been a tremendous help through the process and after the process. Even after buying the house he is always responsive to any questions and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

I am an unhappy new owner....poor workmanship....discolored sidewalks....unfinished road..... unannounced major construction behind my house in which my property line was altered....the lawn service people continue to damage my siding...the HOA fee increased by 30%, all in six months... I am already considering selling! 1 year later, the HOA services are bad, and the response to warranty issues has been ignored......will be filing a builders complaint this week...1/29/2026

With the area growing and becoming less affordable, my family and I have really done our research and found that there are no other builders that offer high end items as part of their standard package for the price that fit our budget. In addition to this, Justin makes the process a lot less stressful with his professionalism and ability to understand the needs of the buyer. I was not able to buy a house for years, but Justine helps me! He is so professional! He knows everything including financial issues! I trust him and follow his advices. After 2 years, he gets me out of my deepest despair! My days of renting and moving end finally! I own the beautiful home now! My dogs love it! BTW, the price is amazing for such a big house with high quality!
