Very kind professional and straightforward they work very fast ! My cousin got the best apartment for a stater , nice area , nice neighbors their promotional deals are awesome!

This apartment company is lazy and does not offer a clean and livable place to live and have a family or friends. As soon as you walk onto the property it’s a clear sign of negligence to the building, this can be seen more during the night hours. Inside the building is not clean with pest and spider webs on the railings, mailboxes, and doors. The laundry room trash is never dumped with the hallways not properly exterminated to prevent pest ! I have only be living here for less than a month an have reported these problems to resident services several times! Exterminators only came once but did a rush job, literally was in the apartment for 60 seconds and when i asked them questions they got smart.

I love living in the Pebble Creek community,. My last maintenance experience was good. The maintenance guys was very polite and professional. Our apartment is now peaceful and we are enjoying our apartment now that we do not have all the stomping and noises anymore. Thanks for your help.

I didn't move in yet but I can say I toured the apt next to the one I'm gonna be renting because my apartment was still being worked on and the apt was nice I found no holes and it looked semi-reno, and I didn't smell no weed or cigarette smoke in the building on a Saturday afternoon. The young Lady TIA was a dream she made sure that I understood everything about the process. Thank You TIA. 4stars only because I have not seen my apt yet.

There was some leak damage on my ceiling in my apartment and I contacted the rental office and they sent a couple of maintenance guys to fix it for me and they really did an excellent job of making it look like brand new again and they really did an awesome job on the ceiling in my apartment!!! I really like living in my apartment and in Essex, MD.
