Walnut Creek Apartments

I’ve spent a lot of time at Walnut Creek Apartments, and it’s honestly a really nice community. The grounds are well kept, the buildings are clean, and it’s always quiet and comfortable when I’m there. The apartments themselves are spacious and well maintained, and any issues that come up get handled quickly. The maintenance team is especially great—requests are taken seriously and things are fixed efficiently, which makes a huge difference when it comes to feeling comfortable where you live. The location is also super convenient, close to everything but still feels peaceful. Overall, Walnut Creek is a solid place to live and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, comfortable apartment community.

I’ve lived in Walnut Creek for five years. The office staff is amazing and they get out and about and do stuff for the complex. It’s amazing to still see office staff wanting to show up for the complex. Also the current maintenance staff is pretty awesome as well. Will knows what he is doing. I’m so grateful for him.

As a 7 year resident, I have been overall pleased at Walnut Creek! The management team and maintenance crew are wonderful. I appreciate how the team make every effort to include the community with offering events and celebrating holidays. They are more than open with communications, in providing residents with the utmost information possible.

Jordan was absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly nice, professional, and easy to talk to, which immediately made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. He clearly knows what he’s doing and did an excellent job handling the maintenance issue efficiently and thoroughly. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and he made sure things were done right before leaving.

I’ve just moved into this residential complex, and I find it pleasant to live in: calm and clean. Even though there were a few small issues at the beginning—like the air conditioner and some touch-ups here and there—the staff were up to the task. They do their best to fix everything, always with a smile. Thank you warmly!
