Wade Estates complex is terrible. The prices are decent and the neighborhood is mainly quiet due to elderly people. But michelle and management is terrible. They wont even try to fix Anything in your apartment and they can care less if u have a family of 5. They will not renew your reason just because. But they sure always want the rent on time

Joe the Maintenance guy is always very helpful and easy to talk to. Apartment prices are affordable which is good for those on a budget. There's never been a power outage at this place. When I was living there, the laundry room and gym was closed down, centipedes are everywhere, a lot of noise from the police station testing out their sirens at night time. No sound proofing in between the walls. Lack of parking and always the threat of getting towed during winter is something to consider. You should probably do some research on Valley View apartments in Watervliet due to the rent prices being similar, more parking, larger property, and apartment options. I don't know if he's still working here but..Larry the manager as a condescending jerk. He's passive aggressive and shows no respect to

I absolutely love my apartment. It's centrally located in downtown Schenectady. Walkable to almost anything, and if not all bus lines that run in Schenectady are right down the street. The apartment itself is so spacious and comfortable. Beautiful brick wall in the space and lots of light give real inspiration when it comes to decorating. Office manager is kind and very helpful. Maintenance has been very quick to respond to snow removal and the one maintenance issue I had. On top of all of this a large balcony to enjoy a drink with company. I'll be here a long time.

I was living here for 3 years . Management is rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t respond to emails in a timely fashion .worst living experience I encountered. All they wanted was they rent money .

The good part about it is that the rooms are very big, and rent is very cheap. Now onto everything that's wrong with it, dysfunctional management, extremely messy super, 70's to 80's appliances, and astronomical utility bills. I called about a clogged sink once, came back home to an entire roll of my paper towel that was under the sink, all covered in black sewage thrown all over the bathroom floor, and the muddy steps all throughout the apartment. Last week the super came in to take off the AC cover, I came home to find out that the flower that was outside, is laying with dirt out, and the pot is nowhere to be found. The finger size holes in the door and draft from old unsealing windows brought my winter electric bill to $250/month. So that cheap $700 rent quickly added up to a legitimate
