Sheridan Apartments

I have never given an apartment complex a raving review. Sheridan Apartments changed that. I have lived at Sheridan for 5 years. I recently stayed in the complex, but upgraded apartments and the management made that a seamless process. The staff is great including Kay(e) (not sure on spelling 😅) , Brianna and the countless maintenance crew members. The complex is quiet, neighbors are excellent and I honestly cannot say enough good things. So, thank you Sheridan and Tri City Rentals at large for a wonderful environment.

Myself and wife moved into our own 2-bedroom apartment together in September, 2021 at the sheridan village. The apartment office ( Kay, Lynda, Kristin) and the maintainence team were fantastic in getting through the lease and preparing the apartment in time for our moving from Massachusetts. Not only was the apartment freshly carpeted and walls painted, but even basic toiletries ( like shower curtain, soap, paper towels, tissue, etc.) were provided. In my 18+ years of living in rental apartments, this is the best move-in experience I have had. Over the next 3 months, the maintenance team and apartment office are very quick to resolve complaints with leaks and fixtures to our satisfaction. Neighbours are pleasant. Lawns are well maintained, a little too much mowing if u ask us.

In the hamlet of Schenectady, Sheridan Village offers a modest and practical way of living. With its quaint 1952 masonry dwellings nested in a park-like setting, amidst pet friendly, quiet communities and the accessibility to local stores, coffee shops, hospitals and entertainment such as the Rivers Casino & Resort. What more can you ask for at this price point! The office team, Kay and Lynda are exceptional, welcoming, accommodating and will always ensure your needs are met. Chuck from the maintenance team, is a Rock Star! going above and beyond...thanks for the heat Chuck!!! With all that said, you may not get the bells and whistles here (gym, pool, etc) but you get that which is necessary to make a home and a staff with a heart of GOLD. #grateful 🌱

I have lived here for a very long time. The staff are a 10 out of 10. Kay is completely amazing and beyond helpful. Wonderful place to live.

Budget apartments with ample amenities and loads of space within community. Free parking, water and heater are included, which are plus points. Tennis court or some other recreational activity area and few upgraded amenities would have been better to have, but still these are good apartments to live.
