The River House

Coming from NYC, this place is like heaven. The staff really takes care of you and things are kept in great shape. The river views are gorgeous, and having a gym, pool, underground parking, and a firepit at my disposal makes this feel like a resort. I do wish some things had been taken into consideration when the building was first constructed; the wind on the balconies can be dangerous (furniture gets tossed around during really windy days), and the sun streams directly into the apartments, heating them up by 10 degrees in a matter of hours. Also, no windows open; only the balcony door opens for fresh air. But these are small prices to pay for this gorgeous space, and I love living here.

I absolutely love it here. The building is safe, secure, clean and quiet. There is so much activity and great energy around just outside my patio from concerts and kayaking to dining and boating. There are walking paths and biking trails. Staff and maintenance team are friendly and accommodating and helpful. There is a beautiful community room, plenty of parking space, a gym with a variety of equipment, grills, fire pit, a pool and an opportunity to have small dogs or a cat join you. I've been here for 3 years so far and have been very happy.

It's ok. Great location. However, the walls are extremely thin. You better hope you don't have loud neighbors or neighbors that are heavy on their feet. The windows do not open and there are no ceiling fans. It gets very hot with the sun. If you keep your blinds open...you'll have no privacy due to the office workers right across the street.

Beautiful architecture. Well groomed property. Meticulously clean. Tasteful decor. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Massive gym. Well organized. All the equipment. Add in the harbor, the pool, the grilling stations... This is a place to be.
