Lofts at Frog Alley

I was a resident here for over 4 years. Used to love living there, now I'm glad I'm not. The apartments are nice, that's the only reason I'm leaving 2 stars... Along with how great the bar is downstairs, but they have nothing to do with the apartments. Ownership has changed to Cass Hill Management (PLEASE go read their reviews). Company is terrible and they don't give a rats about the residents. Turnover here since Cass Hill took over is wicked high. People move in here, realize how bad it is for what they charge in rent and leave once their lease is up. Nothing gets cleaned. Elevators are disgusting, one of the two entrances always smells like garbage. Gym has practically nothing in it. Amenities here for what they charge in rent is criminal. I have lived here for close to 5 years and with the latest change in Management as of a year ago, I have seen this property go down hill fast.(Most Reviews on here are from Previous Management). Take a look at Cass Hill Management Company Reviews and it matches completely. Care and respect for the property has gone down. No amenities besides a small gym, No community events, No assigned Parking, No Communication. One main entrance smells like trash and weed each evening. Beautifully designed apartments with poor management is not worth the luxury level pricing.

I've been at Frog Alley Lofts since it was built, so around 5 years. The building has been through multiple owners each of which has gotten worse and worse. The building started out nice with good tenants who cared about the building. A cleaning company would come on Tuesdays and clean the mail room, hallways, stairwells etc. That has gone away over the years but our rents have gone up. We were told from the beginning there would be all of these amenities (rooftop lounge area, high quality gym) none of which happened. The prices are luxury here but we are not given luxury amenities. From the beginning we were never told at lease signing that Frog Alley would be holding regular concerts in our parking lot for months at a time multiple days a week and we need to move our cars. Living at the Lofts at Frog Alley was a great experience! I loved the industrial design of the building and my apartment was beautiful.The staff is awesome. They are friendly and very helpful. An added plus is the brewery and indoor/outdoor concerts. I really enjoyed the downtown vibe and the beauty of the historical stockade. There are cafes and restaurants close by and both the train and bus stations are within walking distance. To sum it up the lofts offer a great style of living!
