Quiet, clean, safe, and new apartments. Biggest con is that their internet is extremely spotty and unreliable. Wifi is included but you have to get your own router which isnt indicated on their site. Ive been having internet issues since I moved in Dec 31st 2024. I sent in a request 3 times to have the internet be fixed. Still waiting. Gym is nice and small.

Great place to live and great value. Maitenance is responsive and friendly. Property is kept clean. Only downside is an irresponsible resident with an Australian shepherd that gets left on their balcony unattended. Barks for hours on end as late as 2am and echoes through the whole complex.

I lived in netZero village apartments from 2018 to 2022. The first two years were fantastic, nice manager, respectful and easy maintenance. After the new manager and team started working, things changed. two office ladies were disrespectful. I always paid the rent on time, once the payment didn't go through due to some bank account issues, the manager didn't notify me, no email, no phone call. Instead, she sent a large, big man with a letter to my apartment around 9pm at night and asked me to move out (in the middle of pandemic), terrible experience. When I called the next morning to understand the problem, she was super rude and disrespectful and forced me to pay around 100$ more rent just because of few days late payment, that was not even my mistake. Best place we’ve ever lived. They always kept the grounds looking great. The dog park was redone and it looked great. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is three reasons. 1. We had sound issues we could hear a lot of walking or vacuuming of the people above us. We also unfortunately had a domestic issue below us that had a lot of yelling. So just sound issues in general. 2. Parking! You pay for covered parking but people just invite friends over and use the parking all night! If you don’t get home by 5pm you probably won’t get a covered spot or if you do it’s a few apartment blocks down. 3. The compost smell during the summer.. it got smelly. Also we had our AC break during the summer and it took them over a month to fix it. We understood many “ac coils” went out but it was really hot.

NetZero Village's biggest selling point is their "all-in-one" pricing, huge value, zero hassles". Yes, the idea of it is wonderful! However, I'm not sure how ideal it is when all of these included features aren't available or malfunction often. There are ongoing internet issues, as well as heat/ac unit problems. I have had to put in several maintenance requests when the ac unit was leaking. They come and fix it, and then it leaks again, so they send the maintenance crew to fix it, and yet again, it leaks, never really resolving the issue. After many other people in the complex having the same issue, at what point do we start replacing them altogether? In fact, due to the leaky issues, the flooring is actually beginning to warp.
