Waddell Apartments

Stay far away from Waddell Apartments located in Brownsburg Indiana !! This is an older building with structure damage, leaks, and mold .This landlord also has strange rules which she makes her tenants follow . She also gets involved in tenants personal business and watches their company come and go . She does not like long term tenants and stops fixing issues . If tenants have a maintenance issue she will blame the tenant and have them pay for it . Her apartments do not have ventilation which causes moisture to stick to the walls and paint to peel . She also walks into tenants apartments unannounced. In my opinion this property needs to be condemned. I have given you fair warning ⚠️. Brownsburg needs to buy this property and tear it down .
